FAQs What do you mean by exclusive? Due to changing availability of papers, Jewbilations greeting cards are only made in limited runs. Once the greeting card is taken off the Jewbilations website, it is no longer available. Usually, only 18 greeting cards are made in each style. So if you see something that you like, please place an order immediately. Why can’t I buy Jewbilations greeting cards at a shop? Due to the limited availability of our greeting cards we prefer to sell direct to the customer. This also means that our greeting cards are always current and in keeping with today’s styles. Can I change the colour of a greeting card? Careful consideration is made when selecting colours for each Jewbilations greeting card and so changes cannot be made. Do you sell invitations? Due to each greeting card being handmade, large quantities of invitations are time consuming to make and so we do not offer this service at this time. I don’t see a greeting card for the occasion I need? If you have a special occasion that requires a particular greeting card please choose a design you like and the greeting can be modified to suit your occasion. How do I send the order form? Once you have filled in the form by typing in all the highlighted areas, please save it to your computer and then the form can be emailed as an attachment. How quickly will I receive my greeting cards? Your Jewbilations greeting cards will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from the order date. Due to a larger number of orders received in the two months leading up to Rosh Hashanah, please allow for a slightly longer delivery time. How much do you charge for postage and handling? There is no additional charge for regular postage and handling. This is included in the price of each greeting card. If you require your greeting cards to be express delivered, please select this option on the order form and include the additional charge to your total. Can I pay by credit card? At this time we do not accept credit cards. Once your order is received the total will be confirmed, via email, and you can pay using the direct deposit details at the bottom of the order form. Please wait for confirmation of your order before you make your payment. Confirmation can take up to 24 hours. Please ensure your payment is made promptly as late payment may delay the delivery of your Jewbilations greeting cards. Why haven't I received my confirmation email? Please check your spam/junk email folder and reset your security settings so that you can receive emails from Jewbilations.
